What we Request?

Before undergoing IV therapy, patients typically need to consider a few important factors to ensure a safe and successful treatment session. Here are some key aspects that patients may need to address.

Consultation: It is often recommended to have an initial consultation with a healthcare professional at the IV therapy center. During this consultation, the healthcare provider will assess your medical history, current health status, and specific goals for IV therapy. They will determine if IV therapy is suitable for you and recommend the most appropriate formulation and dosage.

Medical History and Current Medications: It is essential to provide a detailed medical history, including any underlying medical conditions, allergies, or previous adverse reactions to medications or treatments. Additionally, inform the healthcare professional about any prescription or over-the-counter medications, supplements, or herbal remedies you are currently taking. This information helps ensure the safety and compatibility of the IV therapy treatment.

Lab test: It is mandatory for all patients to perform a lab test to examine the following: calcium, liver function, kidney function, cholesterol and blood sugar level. It will have a value of $150 only. If another recent lab test has been performed, you can bring it to our clinic.

Comfortable Clothing: Wear loose and comfortable clothing that allows easy access to your arm or the chosen infusion site. This ensures convenience during the IV insertion and minimizes any restrictions or discomfort during the treatment.

Relaxation and Rest: IV therapy sessions can vary in duration, typically ranging from 30 minutes to an hour or more, depending on the treatment. It is advisable to plan for some relaxation and rest during the procedure. Bring a book, listen to music, or engage in activities that help you relax and pass the time comfortably.

Remember to follow any specific instructions provided by the healthcare professional or IV therapy center you are visiting. They will guide you through the necessary preparations to ensure a safe and beneficial IV therapy experience.
